Barry Maluchnik

I grew up in the small, friendly, Western Pennsylvania town of Wilbur with a population of 150 people. I graduated from Shade High School and went on to get a Criminology degree from the Indiana University of PA.

I started my insurance career in 1983 with The Baltimore Life Insurance company. Then I purchased a Nationwide Agency in Johnstown in 1986 and have been with them since that time. I enjoy running my own business and being able to take care of clients’ needs in protecting what is most important to them. I do really enjoy my career very much but also enjoy traveling and getting on the boat for a day of relaxation.

Fun facts about me: I enjoy going out on the boat on a nice sunny day while reading or relaxing, and have always enjoyed coaching youth and high school sports. It is both rewarding and relaxing!
